Clubhouse Hosts Series continues in collaboration with Öktem Aykut, bringing together the works of Aret Gıcır and Stijn Ank throughout August and September. Works from Gıcır’s two separate abstract painting series are in the interior of Clubhouse, while Ank’s plaster sculptures are in the garden.
Aret Gıcır’s Before Leaving series, consisting of 16 canvases made between 2023 and 2026, is being exhibited together for the first time at Clubhouse. Ank’s plaster sculptures, which transform as they come into contact with the open air, are being shown together in an outdoor space for the first time in Istanbul.
